CompuCom® provides information on our website (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) and all applicable law. The terms “we”, “our”, and “us refer to CompuCom. The term “you” or “your” refers to each individual user of this Site, and his/her use, as applicable. If you bring any legal proceedings related to this Site against us, you acknowledge and agree that jurisdiction for any action brought by or against you shall be exclusively in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or any Texas state court sitting in the city of Dallas, Texas.

All other trademarks and product names mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners in the United States, Canada, and/or other countries.
